Core Gameplay & Prototypes
Rapid proof of fun with tight loops, clear feedback, and juice. We turn sketches into playable magic in days, not months. Expect graybox levels, input feel tuning, and small tests that tell us where the spark lives.
Neon Moose Arcade Labs is a game studio led by PerOla Hammar. Years in Shanghai taught rapid builds and bold experiments, years in Sweden shaped a love for clean craft. We mix both to launch punchy, replayable titles across mobile, PC, and web.
We build games the fast, honest way, small tight loops first, polish second. From paper sketches to live events, we cover the full journey and keep the fun at the center.

Bold palettes in yellow, purple, and black with shaders, particles, and UI that feel alive. We create coherent style guides, logo marks, and in-game branding so your look is consistent from store page to end credits.
Unity, Godot, and Unreal for mobile, PC, and WebGL. We plan builds, asset sizing, shaders, and input schemes per platform. Clean project structure and CI make releases predictable and fast.
Seasonal events, progression tuning, and retention loops that respect players. We design event calendars, light narrative hooks, and reward ladders, then monitor the numbers and adjust without guesswork.
Impactful SFX, adaptive music, and haptics that make every action satisfying. We map sound to game feel, from crunchy impacts to subtle ambience, and keep memory and CPU budgets healthy.
Store assets, trailers, soft launches, analytics, and UA experiments. We test pricing, creatives, and onboarding, then build a realistic plan for reviews, partnerships, and long-tail retention.
A few worlds we shipped or prototyped to high confidence. Each one started small, proved the loop, then grew with art, audio, and smart scope.
A stylish action roguelite set across neon subway lines. Players ride tech drakes between stations, chaining dashes and parries while arenas remix each run. Built in Godot with a WebGL demo to validate combat pacing, then expanded for PC with seeded loot and encounter buckets.
A cozy Scandinavian farming sim where fika time powers the day. Players grow berries, roast coffee, and trade pastries with neighbors during weekly events. Built in Unity for mobile with tight memory budgets and batching, steady 60 fps on mid-range phones, and gentle live ops.
A hockey club manager with retro grit and deep sim. Contract balancing, scouting pipelines, and highlight reels keep loops quick. Deterministic sims enabled repeatable testing and ScriptableObjects kept data clean for modding and tuning.
A frantic cooking brawler where chefs duel with knives and wasabi bombs in a night market. Style combos unlock bizarre ingredients, and hazards shift each round. Built in Unreal for console first with local co-op and a learnable, party-friendly control scheme.
Neon Moose Arcade Labs is led by PerOla Hammar, a Swedish founder who spent many years in Shanghai building digital products for real customers. That time taught speed, courage, and clear results.
Years in Sweden built a love for clean craft and thoughtful design. We bring both into every project, small honest scopes, weekly playable builds, and polish that respects the player’s time.
We commit to playable milestones each week and open metrics, so you always know what is fun, what is next, and what it costs.
